Often, we may feel as though we have to handle personal challenges on our own, or we

are taught to believe that “life is hard,” and this is just how it is. My goal in therapy is to help

you slow down and reconnect with yourself and your values. Together, we can identify what

matters most to you in living a full and meaningful life. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming

space for you to land and be yourself, based on respect, warmth, and trust.

Having the courage to reach out and try something new, can often be the first step to

something fulfilling. Maybe you are seeking a new approach to life, or wishing to learn more

about your system. Working together, we will explore these concepts and consider the roles that

relationships, life circumstances, and experiences play in our lives.

My approach to therapy is client-centred, integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed.

Through our work together, we can find an approach that aligns with who you are. My practice

draws from Internal Family Systems (parts work), Mindfulness, Feminist Theory, Dialectical

Behaviour Therapy, and Experiential Therapy.

I have experience working with neurodiverse individuals and families, utilizing both

ABA therapy and non-directive play therapy. I have also worked in non-profit settings supporting

adults, using the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model.

I hold a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselling degree from Niagara

University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, minoring in Sociology from Brock

University. My training includes Parts Work in Play (IFS-informed) with Jodie Keeso, and the

Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model with Lori Gill. Alongside supervision, my

experiences and education further inspire my passion to support individuals in gaining self

compassion and insight.
